Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at ea@bhikharams.com. We will review the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a refund of the amount paid, excluding any fixed shipping charges.

Refund Process:

• Damage or Incorrect Items: In cases where you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will process a refund after verifying the issue. Please provide relevant details and images of the damaged or incorrect items for a smooth resolution.
• Shipping Charges: Refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable shipping charges.
• Fraudulent Transactions: We reserve the right to cancel orders if we detect fraudulent activity or if the transaction violates our terms and conditions. Orders associated with fraudulent activities will be listed, and access to our services may be restricted.
• Return Policy: Customers may return the product within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refund Time: The refund will be processed and should be completed within 7 to 10 business days.

Cancellation Charges:

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to any order canceled by the customer before the product has been dispatched.

Discretionary Refunds: Refunds or cancellations are granted at our discretion and in accordance with the terms outlined above. We do not take ownership of returned items until they are received and inspected. Please note that we strive to handle all cases fairly and efficiently, but the final decision rests with Bhikharam Chandmal.
